Terms and Conditions
When selecting a position for the bin to be placed it is the customers responsibility to ensure the position is suitable for the truck to have easy access. Including overhead power lines, trees, eaves etc and has suitable ground conditions, level and firm with no obstructions or underground hazards such as sewerage, stormwater or reticulation systems.
If not on the customers land it is the responsibility of the customer to organise permission or permits to place the bin in their desired location.
While all care is taken Bunbury Ezy Bins will not be liable for any damage to property including driveways, fences, retaining walls gardens, kerbing, houses or connected structures, motor vehicles or personal property during the delivery or collection of a bin.
- Prohibited Materials
No liquid or chemical waste, hazardous, toxic or flammable materials are permitted in the bins.
Asbestos , tyres, oils and batteries can be removed with prior approval and may attract an extra charge.
- Over Filling
Bins are to be filled to the top lip of the bin to ensure safe transport and loading. Over full bins may attract an extra charge or may be off loaded at the drivers discretion.
- Bin Damage
Aside from normal wear and tear the customer is liable for any damage to the bin that occurs whilst in their possession including fire damage, dents, bends or holes.
Payment is expected prior to or upon delivery.
Cash, cheques direct debit transfers, Visa and Mastercard are all accepted.
Additional charges may be incurred for prohibited items, overfull bins or rental charges for bins onsite longer than the standard hire period.
